A Man Without a Smiling Face Must Never Open a Shop

Image
“A man without a smiling face must not open a shop”. This Chinese proverb reminds us of the basics of customer service. Positive customer experience is impossible without friendly and helpful staff. What else should you remember when you are about to open a shop or a small business? Your smile is a messenger of your good will. Your smile brightens the lives of all who see it. To someone who has seen a dozen people frown, scowl, or turn their faces away, your smile is like the sun breaking through the clouds. Especially when someone is under pressure from his bosses, his customers, his teachers or parents or children, a smile can help him realize that all is not hopeless- that there is joy in the world. If A Picture Says a Thousand Words, A Smile Says The Nicest Thousand Words In The Universe. Listen to your customers Pay attention at what customers like and what they don’t like. Care about their interests and requests. Ask for their opinion about your shop, ask what they like

You Can't Sell Anything If You Can't Tell Anything

Don't you wonder what is it that makes a brand stand apart from others! often, we see that, you as a company may have done a great job by doing everything right, create the right product, invest in the right talent and develop the right strategies for the best marketing campaigns. But, despite all the efforts, there is something standing between you and your customer. So What is it that is lacking? Its not a trick but just an art. It is the ability to articulate the story in way that it enhances the brand value to the customer. So, basically, the premise to work around is to create and deliver stories to our customers which have the ability to convince them to choose you over your competitors. Now the question is how to create such stories? Let me explain:- First of all you have to develop a message which acts as a differentiator. Then deploy that message as a tool to generate demand for the product. And finally, you need to equip your sales personnel to use those messa

If Opportunity Doesn't Knock, Build A Door

Image
If you're a student trying to get a scholarship for instance, opportunity not knocking means no one is offering you scholarships, or you haven't seen one you're eligible for. To build a door here could mean putting yourself in places where scholarships are offered, like school talks, or philanthropic foundations. It could also mean improving yourself academically or in a different field like sports or arts, to a level that will qualify you for certain scholarships. Whatever the analogy, the crux of this quote is action. You can choose how much and how drastic of an action you want to take to get that opportunity, it could be anything from self-improvement to networking, but you still need to take that action to attain the opportunity. I work with SFI. Have you heard about it before? SFI (Strong Future International) Marketing Group was launched in 1998. Starting with just one product, sold only in the United States, SFI has now grown to more than 90,000 products and s

First Learn Then Remove 'L'

Every job that is new require some learning, and most job have a training program in place to train employees the skills need to handle the job requirements. In SFI the principle is the same for everyone who join, and just like other jobs some people succeed and some fail, why is this the case, my opinionated answer is lack of work effort, no knowledge of how the required work should be done, or no interest or desire to learn how the job work. The SFI marketing group is a consumer product marketing company, with an e-commerce store stocked with products from merchants all over the world, the products sold from the store is how the company help affiliates that join the opportunity offer receive compensation from referring people to purchase products from the e-commerce store. But that is only one income stream out of five others, that can help each affiliate build an income that is 4, 5, or 6 figures, depending on their effort. The new affiliate that signup the majority of the t

How To Eat An Elephant?

Image
Can you eat an elephant? Its so big and you are so small. It looks almost impossible at the first sight to eat an elephant. But its not! Its possibly by one bite at a time! Toady's opening lines has nothing to do with whether you are a vegetarian or not? Eating an elephant is just a saying used to put my point before you. It happens with everyone. If you have a big goal or project, and it cast a shadow over then you feel dark and ominous. Are you struggling to finish things? I bet when you start out on a goal or project you have a lot of excitement. It might be the dream project you have always wanted. Your enthusiasm is probably overflowing and you are convinced you are going to rock whatever you have on your plate. After time passes though, do you slowly lose interest, forget why you started in the first, and finally in a state of just plain exhaustion quit the thing you had so much passion for in the first place? It doesn’t have to be this way. You have probably fallen

Alternative Uses For Shampoo You Never Even Knew About

Image
The word shampoo entered the English language from India during the colonial era. [1] It dates to 1762, and is derived from Hindi chāmpo (चाँपो ), itself derived from the Sanskrit root chapayati (चपयति, which means to press, knead, soothe). Shampoo is used by applying it to wet hair, massaging the product into the hair, and then rinsing it out. Some users may follow a shampooing with the use of hair conditioner. The goal of using shampoo is to remove the unwanted build-up in the hair without stripping out so much sebum as to make hair unmanageable. Shampoo is generally made by combining a surfactant, most often sodium lauryl sulfate or sodium laureth sulfate, with a co-surfactant, most often cocamidopropyl betaine in water. Best Oil For All Hair Shampoo makes an excellent liquid hand soap, and it's loads cheaper than any soap refill that you can buy. Just fill your soap dispenser about a third of the way with shampoo; fill the rest of the space with water; and give the d

Everyone Should Be Wearing Wool Socks This Winter. Check Out Why?

Image
In cold, wet weather, cotton athletic socks just won't cut it. When it gets wet, cotton loses all insulating properties, so you may as well not be wearing anything on your feet at all. And it doesn't matter how warm your winter boots are. If you're wearing cotton socks, your feet will perspire, and you will end up with cold, damp feet. Buy Now The solution is to invest in some quality wool socks. Wool, especially super-soft merino wool, offers several unique advantages over cotton that make it the fabric of choice for winter wear. Heat retention. Because of the way wool fibers are crimped together, it has greater bulk than other fibers which allow it to retain heat. If your feet are often cold, or you live a in a cold climate, wool socks may be a better fit. Moisture wicking. Wool fibers are both hydrophobic (repels water) and hygroscopic, which is a fancy way of saying that it can absorb or give off moisture. In fact, they - wool fibers - can absorb up to 1/3 of thei

Really The History Of Scarf Is Amazing!

Image
A scarf, plural scarves, is a piece of fabric worn around the neck for warmth, sun protection, cleanliness, fashion, or religious reasons. They can be made in a variety of different materials such as wool, cashmere, linen or cotton. It is a common type of neckwear. Watch More Ancient Rome is one of the many origins of the scarf, where the garment was used to keep clean rather than warm. It was called the sudarium, which translates from Latin to English as "sweat cloth", and was used to wipe the sweat from the neck and face in hot weather. They were originally worn by men around their neck or tied to their belt. Soon women started using the scarves, which were made of cloth and not made of wool, pashmina, or silk, and ever since the scarf has been fashionable among women. Historians believe that during the reign of the Chinese Emperor Cheng, scarves made of cloth were used to identify officers or the rank of Chinese warriors. In later times, scarves were also worn by s

How To Make Yogurt at Home?

Image
All you need to make homemade yogurt is a half gallon of milk and about a half cup of yogurt. Whole or 2% milk will make the thickest, creamiest yogurt, but you can also use skim milk if you like. For the yogurt, either Greek or regular yogurt is fine, but avoid any  flavorings; stick to plain, unflavored yogurts. Buy Ice Cream Yoghurt Maker Pour the milk into the Dutch oven and set over medium to medium-high heat. Warm the milk to right below boiling, about 200°F. Stir the milk gently as it heats to make sure the bottom doesn't scorch and the milk doesn't boil over. According to the National Center for Home Food Preservation, this heating step is necessary to change the protein structure in the milk so it sets as a solid instead of separating. Let the milk cool until it is just warm to the touch, 112°F to 115°F. Stir occasionally to prevent a skin from forming. (Though if one does form, you can either stir it back in or pull it out for a snack!) You can help this
